Marking a significant milestone in the mission to bridge the skill gap and empower youth, ADS Foundation with its 14 Skill Centers across the country proudly celebrates 10 years of excellence in skill development and training. Over the past decade, the organization has successfully trained over 20,000 young individuals, equipping them with industry-relevant skills that meet the evolving demands of businesses and industries across the country.

Established with a vision to empower the youth through practical, job-ready trainings, ADS Foundation with its 9 centers in Gujarat, has become a trusted name in skill development, forging strong collaborations with industry leaders, businesses, and training partners. The curriculum is aligned with market needs and has enabled thousands to find meaningful employment or become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
ADS Foundation is affiliated with 12 Sector Skill Councils namely Green Jobs, Healthcare, IT & ITeS, Hydrocarbon, Capital Goods, Apparel, Management, Power, Electronics, Construction, and Rubber–Chemical & Petrochemical. The ongoing partnerships include Government bodies, Corporate and leading public sector enterprises such as ONGC, Gujarat Gas, GMDC, Power Grid and many others through their respective CSR initiatives.

This organisation is scaling its training programs, expanding to new sectors like AI-Machine Learning, integrating digital tools, and enhancing industry partnerships to ensure its trainees remain future-ready.
The next phase will focus on:
- Expanding training centers in many other states across the country
- Creation of digital platforms.
- Introducing new-age courses in IT, Augmented Reality, Robotics, 3D Printing renewable energy, digital marketing, advanced healthcare systems, and advanced manufacturing.
- Strengthening placement support and entrepreneurial guidance.
