SIDBI Organises Customer Meet under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.SIDBI, Ahmedabad Regional Office organized a Customer Meet at Ahmedabad on June 28, 2023 under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The event was aimed at disseminating information amongst customers about the latest direct credit products, digital processes and developmental initiatives of SIDBI and get customers feedback on the same.
Shri Sanjay Gupta, GM, SIDBI, Regional Office, Ahmedabd in his address indicated that SIDBI has taken up Digitization and Simplification of its direct lending operations as one of its key priorities which has significantly enhanced the customer experience and improved TAT. He further indicated entire direct lending operations have been transformed into a paperless and seamless digital journey which is more agile, responsive and customer friendly. Thereafter, presentations were made on various schemes of SIDBI such as Express 1.0 and 2.0, 4E Scheme, ARJANA, ARISE, STHAPAN, Green Finance, CGTMSE etc.
During the event, customers also shared their experiences and appreciated the digital efforts made by SIDBI for quick delivery of credit to MSMEs and gave encouraging responses to the same. About 60 customers and consultants from 4 Branch Offices located at Ahmedabad centre , viz. Ahmedabad, Vatva, Odhav, Changodar participated in the seminar. In-charges of these BOs were also present on the occasion.
