Ice Cream and other food product manufacturer Sheetal Cool Products Ltd and renowned Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd have signed a business partnership agreement in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Sheetal Cool Products Ltd, listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange BSE), is a leading producer and supplier of ice cream and various food products across India. Under this newly signed agreement, Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd, a Vadodara-based company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform, will provide customers with access to Sheetal Cool’s ice creams and other food products at Neopolitan’s pizza outlets.
Mr. Mukundbhai Purohit, Chairman of Neopolitan Pizza and Foods Ltd, stated, “With the agreement between our company and Sheetal Cool Products Ltd, we will be offering a variety of products from Sheetal Cool, including dairy products, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat items, as well as other food products, at our restaurants and express platforms. This partnership will create new growth opportunities for both companies.”

This strategic collaboration is expected to enhance the customer experience by expanding the variety of products available at Neopolitan Pizza’s franchise locations, while providing Sheetal Cool Products Ltd with access to a wider customer base through Neopolitan’s established pizza outlets.
