ZEAL GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED Announces Opening of INR 3,646.20 Lakhs IPO on July

National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, India, Zeal Global Services Limited, a Delhi
based company engaged in the business of providing logistics solutions in the Air Cargo
Industry, is pleased to announce the opening of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the SME
platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The IPO will open on July 28,
2023, and close on August 01, 2023.
ZEAL GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED aims to raise INR 3,646.20 Lakhs from the primary market
through this IPO on the EMERGE Platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The
company will offer its shares at a price of INR 103/- each in lots of 1200. The Lead Manager to
the issue is EXPERT GLOBAL CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Zeal Global Services
Limited, previously incorporated as a Private Limited Company in February 13, 2014, became a
Public Limited Company on April 25, 2023.
The promoters of Zeal Global Services Limited, MR. NIPUN ANAND AND MR. VISHAL
SHARMA. With a shared vision and strong leadership and our international logistics operations
are supported by a network of service partners and vendors with whom we enter into
agreements that enables us to service client requirements across India and abroad.
Our promoters have a combined experience of more than 34 years in the air cargo industry.
Driven by the passion and commitment to a new way of thinking about GSSA expertise through
its “Augmented GSSA” strategy, taking into account its 4 pillars: Commercial, Abilities,
Technology and Sustainability for growth and strong value system for our Company. With their
experience and progressive thinking, we aim to grow in Air Cargo space. To strengthen our
association, we made a strategic investment in the Joint Venture named Teleport Commerce IN
Private Limited and acquired 33% of the stake in the Joint Venture.
