udChalo acquires Dimentrix to strengthen business intelligence for its consumer platform.

udChalo, a leading consumer technology company that exclusively serves India’s defense forces and their dependents, announced the acquisition of software company Dimentrix. This strategic acquisition will augment the start-ups portfolio and accelerate the growth chart using business intelligence via AI and ML-driven data insights to serve its loyal consumer base with tailor-made products.

Dimentrix (dimentrix.com) is a Pune-based software company designed to provide data analytics services. With its high-performance business intelligence platform – DeepInsight, udChalo can now rely on getting a unified solution for its teams where they can visualize, analyze, and gain meaningful insights about the business faster and effectively, on any device. This platform encompasses all the data needs, like data discovery, data quality to powerful reporting with predictive analytics, personalized dashboards, secure and easy collaboration, applied machine learning, and mobile BI on one platform.

Today the site also provides them consumer electronics on the platform, helps armed forces in addressing their issues related to taxation, paying utility bills and providing online coaching for army kids preparing for NEET/ JEE entrance exam.
